Sleek Makeup Face Form Contouring And Blush Palette - Light Review

I received my Sleek Makeup Face Form Contouring and Blush Palette in Light in my June Glossybox so I have been trying it out for a bit over a month now which means I have had plenty of time to give it a really good test and today I am going to do a full review of the palette including swatches.

This palette is available in four shades - fair, light, medium and dark so there is a palette to suit all skin tones which is great. The fair and light palettes come with a contour, a highlighter and a blusher and the medium and dark palettes come with a contour, a highlighter and a bronzer.

Product description:

''Face Form - the ultimate face palette!

Your contour, highlighter and bronzer all in one. Available in four shades, and expertly created to work across all skin tones.

Long Lasting
Easy to blend and build
SUPER pigmented.''

How to use:

''Dust the bronzer across your face in all the areas the sun would naturally hit - your forehead and temples, bridge of nose and cheekbones

Use the contour powder to define your cheekbones, jaw line and temples.

Finally, use the highlighter to enhance your cheekbones, bridge of nose and cupids bow.''

My Review:

It is a super small sleek palette with matte black packaging and a mirror inside that is the full length of the palette. It clicks closed but is easy enough to open without breaking a nail. It is sturdy and compact - perfect for throwing in your bag and taking it everywhere with you. Each pan is also big enough for me to fit my brushes in easily which I love. The palette contains 20g of product.

The contour shade is a perfect light brown neutral shade not too cool toned that it looks ashy and not too warm toned that it looks orange and muddy and it is nicely pigmented as well. It also blends so beautifully into my skin and looks quite natural even when I build it up quite a bit. Because of the shade I am able to use it to both contour and bronze up my skin. It has such a lovely soft smooth texture. Sleek have done such a fab job with this contour/bronzing powder.

The highlighter is like a pale peachy/beige/champagne type colour which suits my skin tone perfectly. It's really soft and creamy to the touch and has no chunky glitters in it. It's very pigmented, finely milled and gives a nice glow to the skin. I really like the highlighter also.

The blusher is so beautiful and reminds me of Nars Orgasm blush or Wet n Wild Pearlescent Pink blush. Even though it looks intense in the pan and also when swatched it's actually not crazy pigmented to the point where you look like a clown and it's hard to blend out - it can definitely be applied to be more subtle or built up to be more intense if you want. If you're someone who doesn't like shimmery blushers you obviously won't like this blush but I personally love shimmery blushers they just look so healthy and pretty on the skin. The fact that it is a shimmery blush means you don't necessarily have to even wear a highlighter with it if you didn't want to.

Overall:

I am a huge fan of this handy little palette. It's not very often i love every shade in a face palette or that every shade works for my skin tone but with this palette I love all 3 shades and use all 3 shades on a regular basis they look so beautiful together on my skin. I genuinely can't think of anything I don't like about this little palette.
