We have all heard so many amazing things about zoevas brushes and I myself am a huge fan but I don't hear anywhere near enough about their makeup which is crazy as their eyeshadows are high end quality they are so good. When I came across the Cocoa Blend palette which has been inspired by warm truffle colours, delicate nougat shades and shimmery marzipan tones I was so impressed with the amount of different matte and shimmery shades there were and also the fact that there were pale shades and dark shades perfect to use as a transition, a highlight and to deepen up the look as well as pretty shimmery shades for the lid. The shimmery cranberry and shimmery gold in particular caught my attention straight away and for only £18 for 10 beautiful shades I was sold.
I'm obsessed with this beautiful palette. The colours are so stunning and right up my street. I will say that these eyeshadows aren't as creamy as the ABH Modern Renaissance palette but they are in no means powdery at all either they are still amazing and have a great amount of pigment. The shadows also blend out really beautifully and easily. The shimmery shadows create a bit of fallout but that doesn't bother me as I just clean it up with a bit of concealer and you are always going to get a bit of fallout with pigmented eyeshadows. This is my go to palette for everyday makeup as it has every colour in it that I need and is also brilliant for when I have very little time.
The packaging is a sleek cardboard with a magnetic closing which is perfect for travelling with and to store away as it isn't too big and bulky although it doesn't have a mirror inside but that isn't too big of a deal.

Bitter start is perfect for highlighting the brow bone and setting your eyeshadow primer/concealer. I love using substitute for love as a transition shade and freshly toasted to deepen the crease. I love using warm notes and pure ganache on the lid and beans are white to deepen the outer corner for more definition.
Overall I give this palette a 10 out of 10 and it is one of my favourite eyeshadow palettes ever. It has my favourite shades and they blend out like a dream what more could you want.
