Morphe 8L Highlighting and Contour Palette and Blush Trio in Pop Of Peach Review

When I seen the 8L LO-FI SCULPT & SHIMMER HIGHLIGHT & CONTOUR PALETTEwhich has four matte contouring shades and four highlighter shades, on Morphe Brushes website I couldn't resist adding it to my basket as I loved the thought of having my bronzing/contouring shades and highlight shades all in one handy palette with a big mirror. Also for only £25 for the 8 shade palette I thought it was a complete bargain.

This highlight and contour palette is for fair/medium skin tones but it also comes in the HI-FI version which is for tan/deep skin tones.
The shade names in the LO-FI palette are:
Highlighters:
LIT - glistening iced gold

COSMIC - gleaming rosé

Contours:

ENEMY - matte soft tan
DONUT - matte hazelnut
DEBUTANTE - matte toasted tan

Highlight shades left to right: LIT, STARDUST, SUPERNOVA, COSMIC

Contour shades left to right: LITERATI, ENEMY, DONUT, DEBUTANT

The shade names in the HI-FI palette are:

VENUS - shimmering sunset gold
MIRAGE - metallic copper

Contours

DONUT - matte hazelnut
DEBUTANTE - matte toasted tan
BLOGGER - matte terracotta
FABULOUS - matte sienna

MY REVIEW

I'm so impressed with this palette the contour shades are gorgeous they blend so easily and are so pigmented and smooth. The highlighter shades are beautiful and give a great pop to the cheeks without being chunky or glittery. I really love that this palette has contour shades and highlight shades as I've never owned a palette that had all in one before it is super handy and I also think it is such good value for money and so handy for travelling with. One thing I will say though is I feel like the contour shades are very warm toned so I use them more as bronzers than contours as contour shades need to be a little cooler in tone to look like more of a natural shadow so that is just something to keep in mind but I don't mind at all as I don't tend to contour much anyway. I have been using this palette every day since I got it and I will continue to do so.

While I was ordering from the Morphe Brushes website I also thought I would order the BLUSHING BABES BLUSH TRIO in POP OF PEACH as well to give it a go as it looked so pretty.

The shades in the POP OF PEACH trio are:
MAKER - matte baked apricot
CREATOR - matte papaya
INFLUENCER - shimmery nutmeg

Left to Right: MAKER, CREATOR, INFLUENCER

The blusher trios also come in other shades as well, they are:

POP OF FUSCHIA:
VISIONARY - glimmering rich rose

EDGY - matte watermelon pink

POP OF PINK:
RULEBREAKER - matte soft lilac
FREE - shiny cotton candy pink
SPIRIT - dusty pink sheen

POP OF ROSE:
LEGENDARY - matte nude blush
DRIVEN - shimmering rose
HUSTLE - matte rich clay

POP OF CORAL:
BOSS - matte melon
FIERCE - glimmering vibrant coral
UNAPOLOGETIC - matte burnt ginger

POP OF POPPY:
RISKY - matte spiced mocha
PROVOCATIVE - matte poppy

POP OF BLUSH:

MY REVIEW

The POP OF PEACH blush shades are so beautiful the colours are right up my street. They have lovely buildable pigmentation which I love in a blusher and they are so buttery and smooth. They blend out so nicely on my cheeks and give a lovely pop of colour. I don't have anything negative to say about these blushes at all they are gorgeous and amazing quality. I think these trios are also great value for money as you get 3 different shades for only £12 I highly recommend these and I am looking forward to tying more of them.

Lots of Love
