Hi guys happy Wednesday hope you're all well! I tried quite a few new things in April, found some new favourites and rediscovered some old favourites again and I thought I would share them with you all. Enjoy! Xxxx
1. BH Cosmetics Floral Blush Duo Cheek Color in Caribbean Coral - I've got 3 of these blushers and I love them all but this one is definitely my favourite as one of the shades in this duo is a peach shade which I absolutely love in a blusher. They are so smooth, soft and creamy and are extremely pigmented so a light hand is definitely needed or you could end up looking like a clown but they are so beautiful and just look how pretty they are. My favourite one, Caribbean Coral, is the one in the middle and the other two are Fiji Fun and Honolulu Hideaway (which look very similar in the photo but are definitely different).
2. Maybelline The Colossal Big Shot Mascara - I've really been loving this mascara this month it has a really good wand and its super black and volumising.
3. Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define Concealer - there has been such a huge hype around this concealer and I totally agree that it really is an amazing concealer I love it and I've been reaching for it more than my beloved Tarte Shape Tape concealer this month. It is creamy and has great coverage without creasing or going cakey I highly recommend trying it out for yourselves as it is only £4.
4. Makeup Revolution Vivid Baked Bronzer in Ready To Go - this is such a beautiful natural bronzer which is perfect for every day and it gives a gorgeous healthy glow to the face I've been loving it and reaching for it a lot this month.
5. Makeup Revolution My Sign Lip Gloss in Aquarius - I've used these lip glosses to death this month but especially the Aquarius shade. It's a lovely wearable orangey peachy kinda shade and I just think it's so beautiful. The formula of these are amazing they are so pigmented and look more like a creamy lipstick than a lip gloss but are so comfortable on the lips and last a super long time.
6. New Look Matte Lipstick in Latte - I ended up ordering this lipstick when I was ordering some new shoes from New Look one day and I needed to make up the order to get free delivery. If I'm being honest I wasn't expecting much from this lipstick but I really like and I've been reaching for it a lot this month.
7. Maybelline Superstay 24Hr Foundation - this is definitely my best find of the month and could possibly even be my best find of the year so far I'm in love. I think it has to be one of the best foundations I have ever tried and I was so surprised as I would normally never go for a matte foundation as I have dry skin I normally go for dewy foundations but I love the way it sits on my skin it makes my skin look flawless I'm obsessed. It also has amazing coverage and lasts all day.
7. Maybelline Superstay 24Hr Foundation - this is definitely my best find of the month and could possibly even be my best find of the year so far I'm in love. 8. Rimmel Match Perfection Loose Powder in Translucent 1 - this is an oldy but a goody for me and I've recently rediscovered my love for it. It makes my skin so smooth and soft and sets my makeup really well without looking dry and powdery it's a really good affordable loose powder.
9. Becca Cosmetics Opal Highlighter - I got the mini in this highlighter just to see if I liked it before I purchased the full size as it is quite expensive and thankfully I absolutely love it. It's a beautiful shade of highlight and it goes onto the skin so smoothly its not chunky or glittery in any way. It's super glowy and I'm definitely going to be getting the full size one next.
10. Beyonce Heat Perfume - this perfume is an old favourite of mine it smells so delicious and it lasts a really long time what more could you want.
11. Morphe 15N Night Master Eyeshadow Palette - to me this is a perfect everyday eyeshadow palette as it has every shade I would normally use for day to day. It has lovely warm browns and oranges but still has the purple shades if you want a pop of colour and has a mixture of mattes and shimmers. I really like it and l've been reaching for it a lot this month.
12. Wella Shockwaves Style Refresh and Volume Dry Shampoo - I picked up this dry shampoo one day when I was super busy and I knew I wouldn't have time to wash my hair that evening before going out to dinner and I love it. Its light and smells nice without leaving my hair white and powdery and it gives lovely volume and life to my hair.
