Hey everyone! Today I wanted to share with you my dry skin saviours as I have the worst dry skin ever and for years I could never get my makeup to sit nicely on my skin until I discovered these skincare products that have really improved my skin and in doing so I think the look of my makeup has improved as well. Hope you enjoy! PS I forgot all about adding a sheet face mask to my photos but I have talked about one below that I love xxx
Exfoliating Facial Scrub
To help combat my dry flaky skin, an exfoliating facial scrub is a must for me in order to get rid of all the dry flaky dead skin and dirt on my face and I typically use it twice a week. Not only do I have very dry skin but I also have sensitive skin so I have to be careful with which exfoliating facial scrub I do use and that is why I absolutely love the Simple one. It isn't too abrasive, it doesn't irritate my skin one bit and it doesn't cause any redness or stinginess which I found happened with a lot of other ones I have used in the past. It does it's job nicely and it leaves a clean smooth canvas for makeup application.
Sheet Face Mask
I love using sheet masks on my face as they are really quick and easy to use and they feel so nice on my skin. They leave my skin feeling plump, soft and hydrated and I also find that my makeup goes on so much nicer after using them. This particular sheet mask is my favourite one at the minute as it smells so good and it really does improve my skin. It has virgin coconut oil in it for an intense natural moisturiser and also Aloe Vera which calms, soothes and hydrates the skin.
Facial Oil
The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Moroccan Argan Oil

Facial oils are brilliant for dry skin and I've recently discovered the ordinary Argan Oil which is now my absolute favourite. This oil is so lightweight that I can barely feel it on my skin and it also absorbs into the skin so quickly. I use it at night time after I use all my other skincare products and I always wake up in the morning with soft, smooth, hydrated, plumper looking skin. I never used to use a facial oil but I am so glad I started as it has made such a difference to my skin and just adds that extra hydration that sometimes my moisturiser on it's own doesn't provide.

Moisturiser
Obviously moisturiser is a no brainer when it comes to tackling dry skin and I am in love with this Nivea one. It is a very thick cream and does take a little while to absorb into my skin so I tend to use this only on days I am not wearing any makeup and at night time but this stuff is amazing. My skin has never been better from I started using this moisturiser. and it also smells divine. Nivea skincare in general is the bomb and is super affordable. I even love their 'soft' moisturising cream for before makeup application as it is more light weight and absorbs into the skin faster but this one is definitely my favourite of all time.
Lip Balm
As well as very dry skin I also have very dry lips and I love to use this lip balm as it really helps to soften my lips and get rid of the dry flaky skin. The ingredient Paw Paw that is in this lip balm contains antioxidants, minerals and vitamins C and B which aids skin repair, provides anti inflammatory properties and adds moisture. It also contains olive oil which is said to assist absorption, restore moisture and promote youthful looking skin.
Facial Spray
This product is so refreshing and cooling on my skin. It hydrates and calms my skin and it smells delicious. It is such a lovely fine mist so it doesn't leave my face soaking wet and it dries really quickly leaving my skin looking and feeling so much better without feeling sticky or tacky. It is an infusion of nutrient - rich botanicals and cucumber essential water and the green tea provides powerful antioxidant protection. This facial spray can be used before moisturiser or after you apply your make up to keep the skin hydrated. You can also use it throughout the day when you need a little refresh.

Lots Of Love
